AUSTIN, TX—SEPTEMBER 30, 2020—The Texas Racing Commission on Tuesday approved the state's 2021 race dates. 

Sam Houston Race Park in Houston, will run a 23-day Spring Quarter Horse meet from April 23 thru June 12. 

Retama Park near San Antonio will kick off their 20-day straight Quarter Horse meeting on June 24th and conclude August 7th. 

The Gillespie County Fairground in Fredericksburg was approved for its standard eight-day mixed meet over four weekends in July and August. 

Lone Star Park near Dallas will conduct a 27-day Quarter Horse season from September 10th thru November 27th.
