The 2015 All American Finals Weekend got off to a good start. Early Thursday morning people gathered at the sale barn to get a glimpse at the prospects in the Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale. While some people were contemplating their next yearling purchase, others were checking in with Dennis Monroe at the Turf Club for brunch and their post-position draw of the All American Futurity & Derby. After people checked in they began the draw process. Assistant Racing Secretary Don Rauch shook the pill bottle to determine the order for the qualifiers to choose their post position. They took a break for a bite to eat and returned to select the post positions for the Futurity & Derby Finals.
