Ad Closing Date/ Art Due*

• • All artwork and ad copy must be received by this date.

• • No ads accepted for corresponding issue after closing date without special permission from the Publisher.

• • No ad cancellations accepted after issue due date.

• • Payment in full required by all non Credit Status advertisers by issue due date or scheduled ads will be pulled.

• • Ad Copy not received will be billed in full unless cancelled prior to issue due date (unless a special deadline extension request has been granted by Publisher).

Final Changes/ Approval*

• • This is the “Drop Dead” date for any changes or approvals for scheduled advertisements.

• • No changes, alterations, corrections can be made after this date.

• It is up to the Advertiser/ Agency to insure all requested proofs are approved by this date or Publisher will accept artwork in their possession as approved for print.
